Tanya Roach is Administration Director of I.T.S Academy of Beauty. Tanya started as a student in 2007 with and once she completed her Cosmetology license, Tanya became the Assistant Director at I.T.S. Academy and later became the Director of the school. She excels at student interaction and customer service. Her passion is to make sure every student gets a good education and achieve the goals in becoming success cosmetologist and she is currently working towards her Instructors License.

Josh Ashford’s creative abilities have enabled him to become a top-notch colorist and stylist. After working for 9 years in a salon, including his own salon, Josh decided he was ready for something new. As a graduate of ITS Academy of Beauty, he decided to return to I.T.S. Academy to earn his instructor’s license. He obtained his instructor’s license in 2013 and immediately went to work at ITS in Plano, TX. Josh’s classroom style and rapport with his students make him a favorite of the ITS students. He brings extensive knowledge and experience to the classroom and maintains a positive learning environment.

Theresa Ann Dirks received special training in Cosmetology from Southwest Career U and is currently teaching Cosmetology at I.T.S. Academy of Beauty. A strong advocate of hands on, inquiry based learning, she involves her students in a variety of customer service, problem solving, and technology infused activities or projects that reflect her core professional beliefs. Her professional interests focus on communicate approaches to teach new hair techniques, thematic planning, and cooperative learning. In addition, she has been serving 2014 as in Instructor for I.T.S. Academy of Beauty. She has also received certificates for Chi blowout and Design Essential STS Straightening Systems.

Kathy Morgan is a highly experienced and knowledgeable licensed cosmetology instructor with a passion for both the subject matter and the experience of teaching students. She excels in the classroom and gets great satisfaction knowing that students feel their time is well spent. She is equally comfortable on the floor providing hands on help to students as they are applying the skills they have learned in class. Kathy has vast career experience as a cosmetologist, a salon owner, and instructor. Kathy graduated from Henri’s School of Design in Fitchburg, MA and from Mr. Timothy’s School of Design in Nashua, NH.

Barbara Huncharek obtained her U.S. License in Aesthetics in 1998 from the International School of Skin, Nail Care, and Massage Therapy. Barbara brings with her a wealth of experience in the field of skin care as an international educator of European origin, whose passion is to provide the tools to achieve their goals through learning. Thus becoming self-sufficient, independent, and productive members in their communities.
