She has a love for the industry and is dedicated to working diligently with staff, prospects and students alike to assure each student is set up for career success.

Robert Wayne McGowan has been the Cosmetology industry for 48 years and within those years he has managed and owned a salon, entertained as a Platform Artist for a well-known industry leading company in hair design and administered product knowledge as a motivational speaker. He has devoted 34 years of his 48 years of experience and expertise toward education of Cosmetology as Director of Education & Campus Director in various colleges. Now an educator and instructor at I.T.S. Academy of Beauty, he servers as a mentor to educate, empower, motivate students to understand their own potential, and creates a positive perspective, in a classroom environment, to become a successful cosmetologist.

Caroline Fultz was born to work with hair. She has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 42 years, attending Burlington Beauty School in 1974 and returned to Careers in Cosmetology in 1989 to obtain her instructors license. Teaching is what she loves. She keeps her classroom and fun and positive learning environment that the students never want to leave!

Tiffaney Porter is a professional and creative licensed Cosmetologist with nearly 8 years of experience in the beauty industry. In 2014, Tiffaney made the decision to pursue her instructors’ license at I.T.S. Academy of Beauty so she could share and educate others in the skills and knowledge she learned behind the chair and as a local salon owner. Now as an instructor, she brings to her classroom her life experiences and skills to nurture her students throughout their training and prepare them for success once they are ready to enter the field. Tiffaney believes that is not only your skill set in the industry that makes you great, but also the professionalism, customer service and overall character that sets you apart from the rest.
